Syarifuddin Yusof (Encik Dien), founder of WeNiaga.com and CEO of Data Brain Sdn. Bhd., designed WeNiaga as what his CV describes as Malaysia’s only HYBRID agent system — a system that merges the Trading and Centralized models in one platform. This article explains what that term means, the features behind it, and who it is built for.
What is a hybrid agent system?
A hybrid agent system is an agent and stockist management platform that supports two ways an agent network can operate — the Trading model and the Centralized model — within the same system. A brand owner does not have to pick one model and give up the other, or run two separate systems for the same network.
What is the difference between the Trading and Centralized models?
Broadly, in the Trading model, agents and stockists buy stock from the HQ or from the level above them, then resell it to the level below or directly to customers. In the Centralized model, orders and stock are managed centrally by the HQ, while agents earn commission on the sales they bring in.
Each model suits different situations, and a brand may need both at the same time. A hybrid system lets both flows run side by side under one administration.
What are the features of WeNiaga’s hybrid agent system?
WeNiaga was designed with the following features, as listed in its founder’s CV:
- Unlimited structures — no limit on users, levels, orders or products.
- Automated commission engine — commissions are calculated by the system.
- Multi-currency support.
- Branded mobile apps — apps that carry the client’s own brand.
- Central Management System (CMS) — the WeNiaga.com central management system that clients are presented and trained on.
The WeNiaga.com Central Management System (CMS) presentation is delivered by Syarifuddin himself as founder of WeNiaga and CEO of Data Brain Sdn. Bhd., and the system dashboard is also presented live in WeNiaga training sessions.
Who should use a hybrid agent system?
WeNiaga is built for product founders and owners, marketing agencies, cooperatives and NGOs, and companies with large agent networks. Industries already served include F&B and halal products, cosmetics and beauty, and health and supplements.
Brands using WeNiaga include Tisha Food, Nims, Aducktive and KKMY. Data Brain has also built custom agent systems for specific brands — including an agent system for herbal product distribution (HerbaCore), an agent-network platform for an F&B brand (HAFANA), and a brand-specific stockist and agent portal (SUNNO).
How many people already use WeNiaga?
WeNiaga serves 150+ HQ businesses and 120,000+ users, and has processed over RM106 million in transactions. By September 2021, its transactions had already reached RM72 million. Syarifuddin’s CV describes WeNiaga as Malaysia’s #2 agent management platform, and it consistently ranks top-3 on "sistem ejen" search keywords.
How are agents trained to use the system?
Training is provided through WeConsult, the academy pillar of the WeNiaga ecosystem, which offers agent training and blueprints. Encik Dien himself is the WeConsult Lead Trainer and an Agent Blueprint Trainer.
This reflects his vision: to empower every Malaysian entrepreneur with affordable, customisable technology and world-class agent enablement — turning local brands into national networks, and national networks into global businesses.
