EncikDien.com, the profile site of Syarifuddin Yusof (Encik Dien), only collects the name, email, phone and message sent through the contact form, plus the IP address for spam filtering. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you provide. To filter spam and protect the site, we also record your IP address, browser type and the site language at the time of submission. Browsing this site without submitting the form does not require you to provide any personal data.

Your data is used only to reply to your enquiry — whether about a project, a speaking invitation, a partnership or media — and related follow-up. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not add it to marketing lists without your consent.
Who can access my data?
Only Syarifuddin Yusof and authorised Data Brain Sdn. Bhd. staff who handle enquiries. Data may also be processed by the hosting and email providers used to run this site, solely for that purpose.
